Ingredients

    Land o lakes spreadable(has canola oil and butter in it),orowheat sandwich thins.1 serving,1 large egg,1/4 cup of milk ,1/4 part skim ricotta,1 cup sliced strawberries,vanilla flavoring

Directions

Makes 1 serving. Beat egg,add cinnamon.and milk.Soak sandwich thin halves in milk mix, then add to heated nonstick saucepan that has 1 tsp.spreadable butter melted.(SAVE LEFTOVER SOAKING LIQUID )Cook soaked bread on both sides,remove to plate when thoroughly cooked but still moist. Add remaining soaking liquid to pan.Cook on low stirring slowly(kinda like scrambled egg custard) and when done put on top of bread on plate.While you are cooking bread you can slice strawberries and sprinkle with one pkt of Truvia(stevia sweetener).To ricotta cheese add one tsp vanilla and one pkt of Truvia.Top bread with sweetened ricotta.then top with sweetened strawberries.Very tasty.
