Introduction

We got mulberries from a few trees on the side of the road along our walking path. Great for making sauces, smoothies and even ice creams. Any kind of berry can be substituted. Ingredients

    1. 1 Ripe banana
    2. 1 apple peeled and cored
    3. 1/2 cup of mulberries (or any berry)
    4. 2 tbsp honey
    5. 1 Cup fat free milk
    6. whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (optional)


Directions

1. Chop the bananas and apples.
2. In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend to smooth

3. Serve with some whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on top
