Introduction

Very versitile and delicious Kabob recipe. Try substituting scallops for shrimp or swap out the veggies. Try brushing Kabobs with terriyaki sauce but don't forget to add those calories in! Ingredients

    1# Jumbo Shrimp (about 12)
    8 slices uncooked turkey bacon
    1 meditum cucumber - sliced into 1/2# pieces
    16 chreey tomatoes
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Wrap shrimp in bacon.

Alternate shrimp, cucumbers and tomatoes on 4 skewers.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Grill or broil for 4 minutes on each side.
