Introduction

My mom threw this together one day and it became a favorite of ours. My mom threw this together one day and it became a favorite of ours.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can of Chick Peas (garbanzo)
    1 cup dry rice
    1 Green Pepper
    1 cup water
    2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Cut up the peppers and add to frying pan with the olive oil. Then once the peppers are starting to get soft add the chick peas, rice and water. Place a lid over the pan and cook until rice is soft.


This makes 4 one cup servings.
