Introduction

Yummy topping for any red meat! Yummy topping for any red meat!

Ingredients

    1/2 c hot pickled cauliflower, chopped fine
    1/2 c dilled brussels sprouts, chopped fine
    2 T mayonnaise
    1 t curry powder, or to taste

Directions

Combine ingredients and spread on red meat sandwiches. Great with steaks and roasts of beef and venison. May use any combination of pickled veggies and adjust the curry powder to your taste!
