Introduction

Better than most steakhouse recipes. The dry white wine is a must. If you don't have a chardonnay, a pinot grigio works very well. I like to do mine in a cast iron pan. Ingredients

quarter to half cup dry white wine
1/2 to full box sliced or whole mushrooms
    1/4 cup country crock

Directions

melt some of the spread and pour in some of the wine, add sliced mushrooms in a single layer. sautee on medium for five minutes before turning each mushroom slice over. Then cook for another five to a nice gentle brown. You may need to push these to one side when they are done to prepare more. they go very fast and one frying pan full barely feeds two at my house.
