Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 c. Berries of choice
    1/4 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. rolled oats
    1 tbsp. flour
    .5 tsp canola oil
    pinch of cinnamon (optional)
    pinch of salt
    Bit of butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix berries and starch in a bowl then pour into the bottom of a sprayed baking dish (4 inch round works)

Mix mix oats, flour, sugar, oil, salt, cinnamon and pour over berries

Optional-put a few small bits of butter on the top to help the crisp brown up

Bake for 20-25 minutes until top is browned and berries are bubbling!

Enjoy! Also goes great with a bit of vanilla ice cream or yogurt!
