    Spinach (up to 4 cups)
    Onions (up to 1 cup)
    Green or Red Bell Pepper (up to 1 cup)
    Dole Madarin Oranges, 15 ounce can drained
    Apple, one
    Annie's Naturals organic papaya poppy seed dressing, 4 TSP or to taste.

    Chop apple, lettuce, spinach, bell pepper and onions
    add oranges to mix and toss with dressing.

    2 main dish servings or 4 smaller ones.
    Calorie totals are for max ingredients and 2 servings

    The addition of strawberries is a nice touch
