Ingredients

    1 tablespoon butter or margarine
    1.5 cups onion, chopped
    1.5 cups red bell pepper, seeded, chopped
    1 pkg. Hillshire Farm® Chicken Smoked Sausage
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
    1 can (14.5 ounces) corn
    1 can (14.5 ounces) chicken broth
    ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    1 cup long grain white rice

Directions

Saute onions, pepper and sausage in butter until tender.
Add the garlic, tomatoes, corn, chicken broth, red pepper flakes and rice. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low for 25 minutes.
