Ingredients

4 oz. Ronzoni Smart Pasta (measure dry- food scale)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Country Crock light
7 oz. shrimp (about 14 medium sized shrimp before cooking)
1 oz. white zinfandel
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to tast
parmesan cheese optional
Directions
boil water for pasta, add and cook for 12 minutes
heat oil and butter together until melted
add pepper flakes, simmer for a minute or two
add shrimp, toss to coat
add wine, easy simmer for 3/4 minutes
dump pasta in pan, toss to mix with shrimp
add salt and pepper to taste, parmesan cheese if desired.
