Easy salad for church dinners or large crowds. Never had anyone NOT like it. Ingredients

    INGREDIENTS:
    1 pkg pre-cut coleshaw
    1 bunch green onions
    2 pkgs Oriental Ramen Noodles
    1 9.25 oz can cashews, chopped
    1/2 cup dry roasted sunflower kernels

    DRESSING:
    1/3 CUP Splenda (you can use sugar if not diabetic)
    3/4 cup oil
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    Mix the dressing ingredients with the 2 packets from the Oriental Noodles.

Directions

Chop green onions. Take packages of Ramen Noodles (while still in package) and gently "hammer" with meat cleaver to break up noodles (trying not to split pkg open. Dump noodles into large bowl, add coleslaw, onions, sunflower kernels and cashews. Set aside until time to eat. Prepare dressing: Stir together Splenda/sugar & seasoning from noodle packets. Add vinegar & oil and stir well. Refrigerate until serving time. Just before serving, stir all ingredients together and serve. ENJOY!
THIS RECIPE MAKES 11 CUPS AND SERVING SIZE IS 1 CUP.
