Ingredients

    1 C cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1/4 C diced green peppers
    1T chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 oz fresh mozzarella, quartered
    1/4 tsp (or less) lime juice
    1/2 tsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp fresh basil, torn

Directions

Add all ingredients, mix and enjoy...quick, no cook recipe. This recipe makes one serving.
