Can vary it with additions or different sauce or vegetable, or not have any vegys at all. Salt and pepper to taste. Ingredients

    Mix 500g lean hamburger beef meat to
    1 onion, chopped fine,
    , half a cup fresh or dry breadcrumbs,
    salt and pepper to taste and
    1/2 cup mixed vegetables frozen or fresh, and
    one egg
    about 1 tsp dried mixed herbs(, or 3 tsp fresh chopped )
    half a cup barbeque sauce

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and shape into flattened round shapes, cook in a non stick frypan with a little oil for 5 to 10 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
