Introduction

It may not be the healthiest thing in the world, but it's a nice treat. It may not be the healthiest thing in the world, but it's a nice treat.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 cup muesli
    0.5 cups desiccated coconut
    4 tbsp honey
    0.5 cups sugar
    3 cups Rice Bubbles (Rice Krispies)
    0.25 cups sesame seeds
    4 tbsp peanut butter
    125g butter

Directions

1. Mix muesli, Rice Bubbles and coconut and sesame seeds in a mixing bowl. Line a square cake pan with baking paper.
2. Place the butter, sugar, honey and peanut butter in a saucepan and melt. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the contents of the saucepan to the mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
4. Pour the mixture into a pan and press firmly. Refrigerate until set. Cut into 10 bars.
