Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    5 packets Sweet-n-low or equivalent (or to taste)
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup milk
    nutmeg to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg in a small glass dish, then mix in sweetening, salt, and vanilla. Heat milk in microwave to very warm, then add slowly to egg mixture, stirring constantly. Sprinkle the top with nutmeg. Place bowl in a water bath and bake for 30-35 minutes, until center is set. Eat hot or let cool.
