Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 1/2 c flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp each of nutmeg, cinnamon and salt
    1/2 c oil or margerine
    1 c sugar(I use 1/2 splenda,1/2 sugar)
    2 eggs
    1 c milk(I use skim)
    1 c blueberries fresh (or 3/4 c frozen, drained)
    Confectionary sugar(sprinkle over top while still warm)

Directions

Combine ingredients in order given. You can use a mixere to mix, but berries must be folded in after all else is mixed together.
Pour into a greased and floured bread pan.
Bake for 60 minutes(or until tester comes out clean). Turn onto a wire rack and cool.
Makes 12 muffins or 1 loaf.(Nutritional information based on 12 servings)
