Ingredients

    2c bisquick
    2/3c milk (skim) or water(save cals here use water)
    3tbl sugar or splenda(save cals here use splenda)
    1 egg
    2c apples pared sliced thin
    STREUSEL TOPPING
    2/3c bisquick
    2/3c brown sugar blend splenda packed
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 firm margarine or butter
    GLAZE
    1/2c powered sugar
    2-3 tsp milk

Directions

makes 8 servings
heat oven 400 degrees
*grease (spray Pam) 13x9x2 pan
*mix first 4 ing, vigorously 30 sec (batter)
*spread 1/2 batter in pan spread apples on top, *dollop with 1/2 streusel topping, spread remainder of batter over apples and topping. top with reamining streusel
*bake until wooden pick comes out clean when inserted
*cool then drizzle with glaze
STRUESEL
mix together all ing, cut in butter/margarine until crumbly
GLAZE
mix ing until smooth

    O.K.
    This was a little too sweet for me, even if it was made with Splenda, 1/2 the sugar would have been fine. There is no way to spread 1/2 of the batter in a 9X13 pan. I changed to a smaller square pan. Also, I don't think the calorie count is correct, I think it's higher from all the Bisquick. - 10/20/07
