Introduction

Roll in a low carb tortilla wrap and cover with 2 Tbsp of Salsa Roll in a low carb tortilla wrap and cover with 2 Tbsp of Salsa

Ingredients

    6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 cans of 4 oz green chilies
    2 cans of Kroger Black Beans, rinsed and drained
    1 container of Daisy Light Sour Cream (16 oz)
    1 can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 envelope of Kroger's Enchilada Seasoning

Directions

Place chicken breast in bottom of slow cooker. Mix all remaining ingredients in separate bowl and place over chicken breast. Cook on high until chicken falls apart easily. If using frozen chicken breasts 8-10 hours, otherwise 6-8 hours.

Allow mixture to cool. Spoon contents into small freezer bags for an easy to pack lunch.
