Introduction
This is a large recipe I make for my church gatherings. Makes 48 - 1/2 cup servings for a total of 24 cups.This is a basic salad recipe that can be changed to make it lower in calories and fat. I put it in as I always made it before my weight loss journey began.

Ingredients

8 c Small Shell Macaroni-uncooked
2 c Celery-chopped
3 1/4 c Frozen peas-defrosted
3 c Onion-chopped
1 c Dill pickles-chopped
2 c Mayonaise
2 T Mustard
1/4 c Dill pickle juice
1 1/2 t Parsley-dried
1 t Dill weed-dried
4 Eggs-boiled and chopped
2 Eggs-boiled and sliced for garnish
7 oz Shrimp
salt & papper to taste
Directions
Boil macaroni, drain, rinse well and set aside to cool.
Mix together mayo, mustard, pickle juice, parsley, dill weed, salt and pepper.
Add mixture to macaroni, mix well
Add onion and celery and mix gently
Add egg, peas and shrimp and mix gently
I keep 2 eggs aside to slice and place on top of salad
Recipe makes 24 cups of salad
