Ingredients

    1 stick butter
    1 cup sugar
    3 mashed bananas
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

combine first 4 ingredients
then slowly add last 3 ingredients
pour into lightly greased loaf pan
bake at 350º for 55 minutes - 1 hour
