Introduction

Ingredients

    1lb. ground turkey
    6 celery sticks
    1 can tomatoe soup
    1 can tomatoe sauce (15 oz.)
    1 can mushrooms (7 oz.)
    1 head of cabbage
    1 cup water
    3 tsp. garlic
    1 cup raw onion
    2 tsp. fennel seed
    1 tbsp. ground sage
    1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tbsp. crushed red pepper ( to taste)

Directions

Brown turkey and celery. Chop cabbage,. In 9x13 cake pan line the bottom with 1/3 of cabbage then 1/3 of turkey creating layers 3 times. Mix together all of the other ingredients and pour over the layers of cabbage and turkey.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 for 2 hrs
