Ingredients

Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
Garlic, 1 clove
Half and Half Cream, .25 cup
Basil, 1 tbsp fresh, minced, or .5 tsp dried
Red ripe tomato, .5 tomato, diced
Peas, frozen, 0.25 cup
Pasta, cooked, 2 oz
Parmesan cheese, shredded, 1 tbsp
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
Heat water for the pasta.
Melt butter in a no-stick pan, add the garlic.
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan. Add the half and half and the basil. Reduce over medium-high heat.
Add the tomatoes and peas and toss until heated through.
Remove from heat, add the grated parmesan and toss. Add salt and pepper to taste.
