Ingredients

    65g tuna tinned in water;
    120g cooked chickpeas;
    large handful salad leaves;
    6 cherry tomatoes, chopped;
    1 red pepper, chopped;
    10ml lemon juice;
    8ml olive oil;
    25g olives;
    salt and pepper;
    handful torn mint leaves.

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, season to taste, and serve at room temperature.
