Ingredients

    1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    3/4 c cornmeal
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/ tsp mace
    1 lg egg
    2 Tb canola oil
    4 Tb honey
    1 c water (may use milk, but make caloric adjustments)

Directions

Preheat oven 325'

Mix Dry ingredients

in separate bowl.....
Beat eggs well.
Beat in other liquid ingredients.

Mix wet into dry stiring briefly until mixed.

Fill muffin tins 2/3 full
8 large or 12 regular size

bake 20-15 min
