Introduction
A recipe I found in a cookbook from Better Homes and Gardens, made a bit healthier by using Barilla Plus mulit-grain Elbow noodles and Borden Fat Free sharp cheese singles. Ingredients

1 1/3 cup dry pasta (100g is 1 cup uncooked!)
1/4 cup dry fat free milk powder
1/4 finely chopped onion
2 tbs flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
10 slices Borden Fat Free Sharp cheese singles
6 flavored crisp bread sticks (about 1 oz), crushed... All I had was croutons, so I used those in the nutritional info!
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions, drain and set aside. Preheat oven to 350.
In medium sauce pan, stir milk powder, onion, flour, and salt, stir in milk till smooth. Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Reduce to low heat, and add in torn cheese slices, stir till melted. Add cooked pasta to cheese mix, and spoon into a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, for 25 mins, topping with crushed croutons or bread sticks after 15. Let stand 5 mins before serving. Serves 4.
