Ingredients

    7 oz of Whole Wheat Pasta
    1 Tbsp of Evoo
    2 lbs of Cooked Shrimp
    1/2 cup of Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing, divided
    2 cups of Fat free reduced sodium Chicken broth
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1 tsp of Black Pepper
    4 oz. of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 1/3 less fat
    4 Servings of Mezzetta, Sun-Dried Ripen Tomatoes

Directions

In a large Pot boil water, add the Evoo and pasta. While pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet and add 4 Tbsp of dressing and shrinp. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and remove the drippings. Add the remaining dressing, sun dried tomatoes and seasonings cook for 2 minutes. Add the cream cheese and cook for another minute or until melted. drain the pasta and add to the skillet, top with shrimp and Parmesean cheese. Stir really good and eat. Maks 8 servings.
