Ingredients

    6 cups frozen peaches
    2 1/2 cups Welch's White Grape Peach Juice
    3 T corn starch
    1 cube (1/2 cup) Blue Bonnet margarine
    1 box Betty Crocker White Cake Mix (unprepared)
    1.5 T cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine frozen peaches, cinnamon & 1 cup of white grape peach juice in medium sauce pan. Cook until peaches are unthawed. Combine corn starch with 1 cup of white grape peach juice in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Bring peaches to a boil. Add corn starch mixture to peaches, stir constantly until completely combined. Remove from heat when mixture starts to thicken.

Pour peach mixture into 9 x 13 baking pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix. Use a spoon to carefully spread the dry cake mix over the peaches. Cut margarine into chunks. Sprinkle margarine chunks over cake mix. Carefully pour last 1/2 cup of jucie over top of cake mix. DO NOT STIR!

Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. Makes about 8 servings.
