Delicious and creamy risotto, without the effort of stirring constantly! Delicious and creamy risotto, without the effort of stirring constantly!
Number of Servings: 6


    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 cans water
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 can corn, drained
    1 cup fresh green beans
    1 C arborio rice
    2 T Onion Onion seasoning
    paprika, to taste


Pour rice onto bottom of slow cooker. Cover with 2 cans of water.

Mix soups and onion onion seasoning. Pour on top of rice and water mixture.

Add vegetables on top of soup mixture. Layer chicken on top and sprinkle with paprika to taste.

Cook on low 4 1/2 to 6 hours. Stir well before serving.
