Ingredients

1 package premade pizza dough (or you can make yourself)
1 medium zucchini, sliced
3 ripe tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 of an onion
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 red bell pepper, deseeded and cut in half
olive oil
salt
pepper
garlic
Directions
Place all vegetables on a baking sheet and drizzle with EVOO and salt and pepper.
Put all veggies over medium heat grill, turning occasionally. You can keep smaller veggies on the baking sheet on top of the grill. Once cooked, keep on baking sheet until cool enough to handle.
Place cooked tomato in bowl, add basil, oregano, parsley, rosemary, red pepper flakes, smash into a sauce.
Chop veggies.
Cut dough in half, kneed and roll into a crust. Spritz with a little EVOO, and place on grill. Spritz top with EVOO. Grill until desired doneness, flip. Top with sauce, cheese, and vegetables and grill again until cheese is melted.
Makes 2 small pizzas, about 4 servings.
