Ingredients

    1# of lean ground beef
    1 can of Chicken Noodle Soup
    1 Pkt of Chicken Noodle Soup
    1 Cup of Rice
    3 Cups of Water
    3 Stalks of Celery, diced
    2 Tbs of Soy Sauce

Directions

I used low sodium varieties for the soups and soy...

Cook your meat, drain any fat or liquid. Add everything into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

    Used ground chicken in place of hamburger and brown rice also added diced carrots. Easy to make and enough for a few meals - 7/13/10
