A tasty sauce that makes a great topping for fish! A tasty sauce that makes a great topping for fish!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1/2 cup plain yogurt (I used organic, full fat yogurt)
    1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 garlic clove, grated
    Dash salt
    Dash cayenne pepper

Directions

1. First squeeze grated cucumber between paper towels until well drained. Combine all ingredients for sauce and mix well.

2. To serve, spoon about 2 Tbsp. of sauce over each salmon steak. Makes enough for about 5 servings.
