Introduction

This is a high protein breakfast that will keep you full all morning. This is a high protein breakfast that will keep you full all morning.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    8 oz Fage 0% yogurt
    1/4 cup cooked Wheat Berries
    1/2 T Honey
    1/2 Cup Strawberries sliced
    1/4 Cup Blueberries

Directions

Mix yogurt and honey together. In a large glass layer 1/3 of the yougurt then wheat berries and fruit. Repeat ending with the fruit.
You can add vanilla to the yogurt if you desire and feel free to switch up the fruit with what ever you have on hand.
