Ingredients

    # Zucchini, 4 cup, sliced (remove)
    # Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    # *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (remove)
    # **Kroger Mozzarella Fat Free Shredded Cheese, 1 cup

Directions

Spray glass dish with Pam. Place cubed zucchini in dish with canned tomatoes and seasonings. Microwave until zucchini is cooked, (stop the microwave & stir about every 10-15 minutes). When this is done, cover with cheese and microwave until cheese is melted.
Or you can bake until zucchini is cooked and place cheese on last 5 minutes until melted.
