Introduction

Not necessarily "diet" food, but made this with what I had on hand. Now I need to spark it! Not necessarily "diet" food, but made this with what I had on hand. Now I need to spark it!

Ingredients

    3/4 stick of butter
    2/3 cup sour cream
    yolk of one small egg
    1/2 cup of parmesan cheese or 3 italian cheese blend

Directions

melt the butter in a saucepan on low heat.
After butter is melted, whisk in sour cream.
slowly whisk in egg yolk.
add cheese and mix/whisk well. Heat until hot, but not boiling.
add cracked pepper, and pour over pasta or veggies
(pasta and veggies not included in nutritional ifo)
