Introduction

My husband eats meat so when he gets his meatloaf, I get mine. This way we eat the same thing...sortof. Refrigerate or freeze leftovers for quick meal. Ingredients

    2 packages of YVES Ground Round
    1 package of Clubhouse Meatloaf Seasoning Mix
    1 small Heinz Tomato Juice
    2 large Eggs
    1.5 cups of Seasoned Croutons (or breadcrumbs) crumbled

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together Ground Round, eggs, tomato juice, croutons and seasoning in a bowl. Press into loaf pan. Top with ketchup as glaze.

Cook for 45 minutes. DONE! Makes 6 servings.
