Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Coconut Milk, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Cashew Butter, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Kirkland Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables (3 oz serving), 200 gram(s) (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Fry a package of stir-fry vegetables, Frozen, in a heated mixture of 2 tbsp. Sesame and 1 tbsp. Canola oil. Toss about a tablespoon of soy sauce on as you go. Set aside.

In a 5 quart pan, boil 4 quarts of water. Add Better than Bouillon as directions state (3 tbsp?) for a four-quart recipe. Wisk a tablespoon of coconut milk and 2 tablespons of cashew butter into the broth, and bring to rolling boil, reducing heat afterwards to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

Add all the ingredients together and serve. Makes 4+ servings.
