Introduction
I know this isn't exactly "healthy" but it's very feeling and satisfying. It's hard to feel hungry throughout the day with this bad boy! Ingredients

14 seasoned fries, cut into bitesize pieces
2 sausage patties, fried and cut up
6 Oscar Mayer Microwaveable Bacon, cut into bitesize pieces
2 extra large eggs
1 T sour cream
1/4 C milk
Hot sauce, a few drops to taste
1/4 C cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Put cut up seasoned fries in bottom of a small greased casserole dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, brown sausage in a skillet.
Drain sausage on a papertowel and set aside (make sure it's cut up).
In a small-medium mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs, sour cream, milk and hot sauce until combined.
When fries are done, take out of the oven leaving the door slightly cracked for a minute and turn temperature down to 375ºF.
Construct your casserole, place the bitesized sausage and bacon ontop of the fries. Then pour the scrambled eggs ontop.
Place casserole in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Top with shredded cheese and pop back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
