Ingredients

    2/3 lb. pork loin, boneless & lean
    1/3 c. flour (whole grain)
    1/4 Cup liquid egg substitute
    1/4 Cup . white wine
    1/2 C.fat free chicken broth
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 Tsp. Pepper
    1 tsp. Basil
    ½ tsp. Sage
    1 tsp. Chives

Directions

Pound loin steaks with a meat pounder until thin. Mix egg and flour with salt and pepper, and sage in a shallow bowl. Put flour, dash salt & pepper and the garlic powder in a second bowl. Spray non-stick skillet with non-stick spray and heat olive oil in skillet. Dip steaks in egg mixture, then bread with flour. Set remaining flour aside. Lightly saute steaks in olive oi on medium high. Turn heat down to medium. Remove steaks and add wine and bring to boil. Add chicken broth, basil and steaks. Cook about 15 minutes or until cooked. Mix remaining flour with a little water until smooth. Remove steaks again and place in serving dish. Thicken liquid to make a sauce. Pour over pork steaks. Serve with noodles or rice. Makes 3 servings.
