Ingredients

    1 lb. beef stew meat
    2 tbls. margarine
    meat seasoning, to taste
    1/4 - 1/2 cup flour
    5 medium potatoes (peeled or unpeeled), cut into large pieces
    10 baby carrots
    12 - 14 oz. tomato sauce

Directions

Season stew meat, roll in flour and brown in margarine. Combine meat and remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
