Ingredients

    1/2 avocado
    2 slices of wheat bread
    1 tbsp lite mayo
    lettuce
    tomato
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Toast the bread.
Add mayo.
Slice the avocado and place on bread.
Add lettuce, tomato and salt and pepper to taste -- and VIOLA!
