Ingredients

    16 ounces of lean pork loin tender loin with the fat trimmed off
    12 ounce package of steamable veggies (cauliflower, broccoli & carrots-I use Wal-mart's Great Value Brand)
    8 ounce package of steamable veggies (red potatoes, snap peas & red peppers-I use Wal-mart's Great Value Brand)
    4 tablesppons Kikoman Teriyaki baste & glaze or sauce
    1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
    6 tablespoons of thai sweet chili sauce
    1.5 tablespoons of minced garlic
    1 tablespooin wok oil

Directions

Heat pan and add wok oil and swirl around pan. Cut pork tenderloin into thin slices and sear in pan. Add garlic, chili sauce, teriyaki sauce and soy sauce and stir well.

Cook steamable vegetables in microwave 90% of the way. Add vegetables to pan and mix in with meat and sauce. Stir and serve.

Makes approximately six 1 cup servings.
