Ingredients

    3 tbsp lemon juice
    3 tbsp Olive Oil
    6 tsp Dijon Mustard
    2 tsp Oregano
    1 tsp black pepper
    2 ish lbs cubed sirloin
    3-4 peppers (red/yellow/green - whatever you like)
    1 pkg whole mushrooms
    1 zucchini
    1 summer squash

Directions

mix everything from lemon juice to black pepper together in bowl. Add steak and marinate for 20 minutes. cut up peppers, zucchini and summer squash into largish chunks. Thread onto skewers alternating veggies and steak.

Grill over medium flame for about 15 minutes (can also do under broiler)
