    1/2 C steel cut oats
    1 C water
    1/8 tsp baking powder
    4 oz 2% cottage cheese
    1 peach sliced
    Cinnamon to taste..not including in calorie count
    1 packet Truvia
    2 Tbsp egg whites


Mix all items but fruit together. Place peach slices on top of oatmeal and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
