Ingredients

    4 tomatoes
    1 green pepper
    2 cucumbers
    1 onion
    46 oz. tomato Juice
    1/4 c olive oil
    3 tbs wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp basil
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    fresh snipped parsley


Directions

Dice all the vegetables and mix all ingredients together in large bowl. For best flavor, refrigerate for 24 hours before eating.
