Introduction

These are healthy and delicious. I love them because they're not too sweet. To make them sweeter you can change the ratio of sweeteners: more agave nectar and less cane sugar. I like to use a mix of golden and regular raisins. These are healthy and delicious. I love them because they're not too sweet. 1/2 tsp sea salt
    3/4 C. raisins

Directions

Makes 18 cookies

Preheat oven to 325
Mix oil, agave, and cane sugar.
In a separate bowl whisk together water and 2 Tbsp flax. Add to oil and sweetener mixture.
Add in remaining dry ingredients except the oats and raisins.
Then add them.
Drop rounded balls of dough onto and ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly since they won't spread much baking.
Bake 12-14 minutes until only the edges are golden brown.
Let cool and enjoy!
