Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups crushed pinapple with juice
    2 pkg Gelatin (plain)
    1 Tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp each of vanilla and butter flavor
    3 envelopes sweetener
    1 1/3 Cup Dry fat free powered milk
    1/2 Cup diet cream soda or water

Directions

put 1/2 cup boiling diet soda or water in blender to softened gelatin. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Put in 9" pie pan and chill. Makes 4 servings 1 milk 1 fruit

You can add different flavors to give it a different taste. Just make sure it goes with pineapple.
