Introduction

This is a great tasting way to get alot of good stuff in you for breakfast. This is a great tasting way to get alot of good stuff in you for breakfast.

Ingredients

    Rice Dream rice milk 4 ounces
    Nonfat plain yogurt 4 ounces
    Medjool date 1/2 date
    Ground flax 2 Tbsp
    Spinach fresh 2 cups
    Bananna fresh 1 medium
    Flax oil 1 Tbsp
    Costco Rader farm's nature's three berries 1 cup


Directions

Add rice milk, yogurt, date, spinach and ground flax seed to blender and blend for 30 seconds. Add bananna, flax oil and berries and blend till smooth; about 30 seconds, but depends on the blender. Pour and enjoy.
