Introduction

I've been craving hibatchi steak and fried rice all week, so I decided to make it at home and try to make it a little healthier. It is SOOO good. I've been craving hibatchi steak and fried rice all week, so I decided to make it at home and try to make it a little healthier. It is SOOO good.

Ingredients

    Kikkoman Soy Sauce-5tbsp
    Lawry's Teriyaki Marinade-5tbsp
    Flank Steak, 6 oz
    One slice pineapple

Directions

First, I sliced a large steak into long thin strips. I put them in a skillet and cooked them on med/high heat until they started turning light brown. I then poured the soy sauce and the lawry's marinade. I didn't actually measure it, but It was just enough to coat the meat. I let it simmer and cook until the meat was to my liking, and then diced up the slice of pineapple. I added it, and squeezed the juice out of the rind. I put it on low for another five minutes.

I served it with brown rice and spinach salad.
