    1 stalk celery
    1/2 chopped onion
    10 eggs
    1/2 cup mayonaise
    2 tsp mustard
    paprika, add to taste
    8 Pepperidge Farms 100% whole wheat deli flat 100 calorie rolls


Directions

1. Boil 8 eggs, peel and chill.
2. Chop cooled eggs.
3. Add mayo, mustard, onion, and celery.
4. Add paprika or smoked paprika to taste.
5. Serve on Deli Flat bread.
