Introduction

Using your blender or food processor, blend the frozen bananas for about 3-5 minutes, occasionally stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender. You need to be patient because at first nothing seems to be happening, but soon you'll get a nice, creamy ice-cream like texture.

While the bananas are blending, chop some strawberries and almonds and measure out your chocolate chips. Then, scoop out the frozen soft serve bananas into 2 bowls and sprinkle with 1/2 of the almonds, strawberries, and chocolate chips.

You can experiment by adding cinnamon and vanilla to the frozen bananas (after they are already blended--just blend a bit more to mix them in).

This totally satisfies my sweet cravings. The more adventurous cooks out there might even want to roast their almonds in a bit of natural cocoa powder and stevia.
